SHIPPING POLICY
We offer free ground shipping for orders over $75.00. We can only accept and ship orders within the United States at this
time. We will only ship orders to the ship to address on the original order any other request via email to change the ship to
address will not be honored. All orders will be shipped within 5 business days unless extra time for shipping has been
indicated. In such cases you will be emailed an estimated ship date. We offer Bronx in Store Pick up for those that are in the
area and would like to pick their merchandise up at 43 Westchester Sq. and save on shipping cost. We also offer regular
ground shipping, estimated time of arrival is 2-5 business days from ship date. 2nd day shipping is also available, estimated
time 2 days from ship date.
RETURN POLICY
Exchanges and Refunds can be made only within 30 days from original shipment date. There are NO exchanges or refunds
on special orders. All returned merchandise must be in original new condition. Shoes that show visible signs of wear will not
be exchanged or refunded. Tights, Leotards, or Unitards that have been opened or tried on are not returnable, due to health
reasons. It is the customer’s responsibility to return an item. We suggest sending the package insured with a delivery
confirmation as packages do get lost in the mail. There are no refunds on shipping or handling charges. Please enclose a
copy of your original invoice or packing slip. Note clearly what you would like New Image to send back for an exchange. There
is a $5.00 reshipping charge to send your exchange back. If we made a mistake in shipping, there will be NO reshipping
charge and New Image will refund back your reshipping expenses to your credit card. This process can take up to 3-4 weeks.
In order to speed the exchange process we suggest reordering what you need as a new order. Then returning the unwanted
original order.
Shipping and handling is not refundable under any circumstances.
